Boratas Wheeled Impact Crusher and Screen BLK02-E is a high-capacity mobile crushing and screening plant designed for integrated material reduction and sizing in applications such as aggregate production, mining, and construction waste recycling. Combining a high-efficiency impact crusher with a multi-deck vibrating screen on a single wheel-mounted chassis.

The BLK02E semi-mobile machine offers simplified transport for fast relocation, reducing setup time and logistical effort. Its compact footprint supports primary and secondary crushing together with precise classification, making it suitable for multi-stage plant configurations where space efficiency, flexibility, and productivity are critical.

With its closed-circuit operation, the Boratas impact crusher plant is also suitable for large-scale projects, as it delivers stable material flow and consistent final product quality.

Electric Drive Configuration
The BLK02-E is designed primarily for electric drive operation and is intended to be connected to an external power source. Upon request, an optional diesel generator can be supplied to support projects requiring independent power or temporary off-grid operation, ensuring continuous performance without compromising quality.
