Secondary Impact Crusher Boratas SDK04

Boratas SDK04 is a secondary impact crusher designed for high-capacity crushing and material reduction in aggregate production, quarrying, and recycling applications. It is used after the primary stage to further reduce material size while maintaining consistent throughput and product quality.

The machine is equipped with a 1300 x 1750 mm rotor and can process feed material up to 400 mm. Its impact crushing system provides effective reduction and uniform particle shape, making it suitable for producing aggregates used in concrete and asphalt applications.

The crusher operates with a 315–355 kW ranged electric motor, delivering stable performance under continuous heavy-duty operation. Operators can easily control output size by hydraulic adjustment of impact plates to optimize the crushing process according to material characteristics and production needs.

The design focuses on durability and serviceability, with a reinforced structure, wear-resistant internal components, and wide access points for maintenance. This layout supports long-term operation and reduces downtime during inspection and wear part replacement.
