This mobile crushing and screening setup combines the Boratas BPK125-S tracked impact crusher with the Boratas BPE103 tracked vibrating screen. It is designed for aggregate production and recycling applications where controlled product sizing and stable material flow are required, especially in quarry operations with soft to medium hardness materials and in concrete and asphalt recycling.

In this configuration, the BPK125-S performs the crushing stage using its closed circuit system, allowing controlled reduction and consistent output. The crushed material can then be transferred to the BPE103, a three-deck inclined vibrating screen, where it is separated into required product sizes with accurate classification and steady throughput.

Both units are track-mounted, allowing flexible positioning and easy relocation across the site. The machines can operate together as a complete mobile train or independently depending on production needs, site layout, and feeding method.
