Boratas BPK125-S is a crawler mobile impact crusher with an integrated screening system, developed for aggregate production and recycling applications. It combines crushing and final classification in a single unit, allowing controlled material processing and consistent product quality in demanding quarry and demolition projects.

The machine is equipped with a high-capacity impact crusher from the Boratas PDK series and a return screening system for closed circuit operation. It can process natural stones, as well as concrete, asphalt, and construction waste. The closed circuit design ensures that oversized material is recirculated, resulting in uniform output and well-shaped, cubical aggregates without the need for additional screening equipment.

The unit operates with a hybrid diesel electric drive system, combining electric operation with an onboard generator. This setup supports efficient energy use and allows the machine to work both on grid connected sites and in remote locations without affecting its performance.

The overall design focuses on practical operation, with accessible service areas, simplified maintenance layout, and stable crawler mobility. This supports reliable daily operation and helps reduce downtime during inspection and wear part replacement.
