Boratas BLK02-E is a wheeled mobile impact crusher with an integrated screening system, developed for aggregate production, mining, and recycling applications. It combines crushing and final classification on a single chassis, allowing efficient processing and controlled product sizing in one compact unit.

The machine is equipped with a high-capacity impact crusher from the PDK series and a triple deck vibrating screen, enabling both primary and secondary crushing with precise separation. It can process materials such as limestone and other soft to medium hardness stone, as well as concrete, asphalt, and construction waste. The integrated system improves material flow and eliminates the need for additional equipment.

The unit is designed for electric drive operation with easy plug-in connection, offering low operating cost and reduced emissions. An optional diesel generator can be used when operating in locations without direct power supply, ensuring flexibility across different job sites.

The layout supports practical operation, with foldable conveyors, accessible maintenance areas, and a user-friendly control system. The wheeled chassis allows easy transport between sites, while the compact structure helps reduce setup time and improve overall productivity.
