WRKB-GRANIT Sp. z o.o. offers for sale a complete, fully integrated KUZIK BR400T production line designed for industrial splitting of natural stone.

The line is intended for the production of building stone, dimensional stone and other natural stone products. It combines material loading and feeding, computer-controlled positioning, hydraulic splitting, material manipulation and product receiving in one integrated technological process.

The complete production line is located in Strzegom, Poland and is available for inspection by appointment.

1. ROLLER LOADING TABLE

Heavy-duty loading table designed for loading large natural stone slabs using a forklift or loader.

The table is equipped with a hydraulically raised rotating platform and rubber-coated rollers for material transfer.

2. TWO-SPEED FEEDING TABLE ST 4000 × 1200

Industrial feeding table for transporting and positioning heavy stone material.

It synchronizes material transport and positioning with the splitting process, increasing production repeatability and reducing manual handling.

The system includes safety equipment such as a light curtain, magnetic safety gates and an operator control panel.

The splitting system uses four hydraulic cylinders. The production cycle is controlled and synchronized by the central computer.

According to the project documentation, the technology provides the following benefits:

• approximately 14–18% lower electricity consumption per unit of production
• approximately 11–16% lower noise during the splitting process
• improved utilization of natural stone raw material
• increased production repeatability
• reduced manual material handling
• improved working conditions

The technology has also been subject to scientific assessment.
