Smooth cart movement: The drive system provides stepless speed regulation for cart travel.
High load capacity: Maximum cart payload is 22 tonnes (with an option to reinforce up to 28 tonnes).
Central lubrication: The system automatically lubricates the guide rails, lead screws, and drive nuts responsible for moving the wire wheel carriages, significantly extending component service life.
Remote control option available.
The machine is equipped with proprietary control software developed in Poland. Polish is the default system language, but the software supports adding/installing any other language upon request. Control and parameter setting are managed via an intuitive PLC control panel.
Key Software Features & Operating Modes:
Manual Mode: Allows manual configuration of diamond wire speed, lowering speed, and cutting time.
Automatic Mode: Enables programming of trolley movement, number of cut slabs (up to 5 different thicknesses), and cutting time. Includes an automatic single-cut mode for slab wedging.
Safety & Protection: Integrated wire-break protection and central lubrication control system.
Optional Features: Remote control system support.
