Boratas VSI800 is a vertical shaft impact crusher developed for final-stage crushing, shaping, and fine aggregate production in quarry and mining projects. It is designed for operations where precise particle shape and controlled grading are required, particularly in M-Sand production and high-quality aggregate processing.

The machine is equipped with a closed rotor system and operates using rock-on-rock or rock-on-steel crushing principles, depending on the selected configuration. It processes material up to 38 mm and is suitable for producing well-shaped fine aggregates used in construction, asphalt, and industrial mineral applications.

Compared to larger VSI models, the VSI800 is optimized for medium-capacity production, making it suitable for plants where controlled output and efficiency are more critical than maximum throughput. Adjustable rotor speed and feed control allow operators to fine-tune product size, shape, and capacity based on material characteristics.

The design emphasizes durability and operational efficiency, with wear-resistant internal components, replaceable rotor parts, and easy-access maintenance points. Its compact and modular structure allows straightforward integration into existing crushing circuits or installation as a standalone unit.
