新しいCZ Screen MDS BIG ドラムスクリーン

CZ SCREEN MDS Drum Soil Screeners. Our unique drum design with replaceable screens allows for the installation of 3 different screen sizes. MDS BIG screener can theoretically sort into 3 fractions and oversize. This applies to the MDS BIG screener, which features a hopper with a conveyor belt offering speed regulation for drum feeding. The MDS MIDI drum soil screener, with its gravity hopper equipped with a vibratory motor, can practically sort into two fractions and overs.

Install a screen with a different mesh size on each segment. Use belt conveyors to discharge material from under the screen. Our interchangeable screen solution also allows for the use of special perforated plate screens. The ability to control the speed of the hopper conveyor and the option to control the drum rotation speed make the MDS BIG drum screener a universal drum screener for a wide range of materials.

The foldable lower frame allows for easy handling and transport of the screener. MDS MIDI screener is equipped with a rotating brush for drum cleaning. Thanks to the drum speed regulation and the option to install paddles for material movement within the drum, the MDS BIG drum screener can achieve maximum screening efficiency for most material types. Compost, soil, sand, plastics, municipal waste, and other materials – our MDS BIG can sort it all. The MDS BIG weighs only 2000 kg. And thanks to its foldable lower frame, it can be easily transported on a trailer behind a passenger car.

This screener is suitable for loaders with a bucket width of up to 200 cm/volume of approx. 1.5 m³ and excavators weighing approx. 10 - 20 t. So, if you have, for example, a VOLVO EC 160 excavator or a LIEBHERR L 508 loader, the MDS BIG drum soil screener is the ideal machine for you.
