Features of our jaw crusher:
The plates (cheeks) are custom-molded from a special alloy 110G13L according to GOST 21357-87. This alloy has one of the best exploitation characteristics. The tooth shape of the plates is as versatile as possible, which makes it possible to crush almost any type of stone (including granite) and solid construction waste into a minimum fraction.
The plates have a convenient and practical attachment that allows you to quickly turn over or replace the movable and fixed parts (the movable part usually wears out faster).
The angle of the plates, the elliptical trajectory of the movable plate and the hopper with special rubber inserts are designed to maximize safe exploration and minimize the flight of particles towards the operator.

Adjustment of the gaps between the crusher jaws (to reduce or increase the raw material consumption) is realized by a practical, reliable and convenient mechanism that allows you to adjust the gaps as quickly and easily as possible.

The side plates fixed on the outside of the working module are fixed and can be exchanged over time with similar plates fixed inside the working space of the machine, which will be subject to natural wear and tear over time

The pulley and balancer are massive and increased in diameter to provide additional inertial force.

The large protective cover and hopper are made of thick sheet metal, which protects the electric or gasoline engine from damage and extends the exposure period of the module.

In the jaw crusher, mechanical energy is transferred from the electric motor to the crushing plates themselves by a belt, which ensures that the belts slip in case of jamming, protecting the engine from damage. In the gasoline version, a similar system is implemented in the reduction gearbox, except for the belts, it performs centrifugal grafting.

The jaw crusher has a modular design, which makes it possible to mount it on various platforms (vehicles, trailers, semi-trailers and stationary)
