The GRAND-200 PRO feed and pellet granulator will be an indispensable and reliable assistant in the production of feed and fuel pellets for both home and business use. The main features of the granulator are:

The pellet mill is equipped with two movable rollers and one fixed die. By default, the pellet mill will be equipped with a die with the hole diameters required by the customer and a thickness selected depending on the raw material. At the customer's request, we can grind the die to your raw material to facilitate the first start-up. The GRAND-200 PRO granulator is very reliable and easy to operate, it can easily handle sawdust, seed husks, straw with a capacity of up to 220 kg/hour. Another very useful application of the GRAND series granulators is a technological line for the production of animal feed. Such a composition of compound feed for rabbits, chickens, cattle, fish, and pigs will be useful, high-calorie, and easily digestible. As the biomass passes through the press unit, which consists of press rollers and a flat double-sided die with radial holes, the biomass is heated, which has a positive sanitary effect and reduces the likelihood of live fungi and bacteria in the pellets. The matrix has a service life of 600-800 working hours under conditions that comply with the equipment operating rules and raw material quality. The granulator must be serviced regularly, as specified in the instructions supplied with the equipment. The mixture for granulation must be mixed until homogeneous and have a moisture content of 10-18%. The size of the raw material fraction should not be larger than the size of the matrix holes.
