BS-500 bitumen emulsion sprayer

The BS-500 bitumen sprayer is designed for applying bitumen emulsion when preparing the base before laying asphalt, asphalting areas adjacent to buildings, and filling joints and cracks with bitumen emulsion. The material is supplied from a built-in 500-liter tank, which is installed directly on the mounting platform.

Thanks to the heating system, the equipment can work effectively even in the cold season. The sprayer is simple and easy to use, equipped with an autonomous cleaning system, and can be manufactured both in a stationary version on a frame and in a version for mounting on a trailer.
