The pallet wrapping robot model Robo Wrap 600 B is a battery-powered machine designed for wrapping pallets of any shape, weight and size using stretch film. The machine is equipped with a motorised pre-stretch with fixed ratios with a rotation speed of 35/90 m/min and a carriage up and down speed that can be adjusted (along with other parameters) via a simple and intuitive colour touch screen control panel.
MANOEUVRABILITY AND SAFETY
To facilitate the movement of the pallet wrapping robot by the operator, two controls have been installed on the drawbar that allow the machine to be moved electrically. The front of the pallet wrapping robot is also fitted with a safety bumper that allows the machine to stop immediately should it collide with an operator or obstacle.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ROBOT
The pallet wrapping robot can process products with minimum dimensions of L 600 x W 600 x H 1000 mm. The machine is equipped with a Siemens PLC and a 7.2 colour touch screen display that allows the adjustment of different parameters such as carriage up and down speed, photocell reading delay, cycle counter, automatic film cutting, reinforcement cycle at preset height, etc.

Il robot fasciapallet modello Robo Wrap 600 B è una macchina alimentata a batteria progettata per la fasciatura tramite film estensibile di bancali di qualsiasi forma, peso e dimensione. La macchina è allestita con un prestiro motorizzato a rapporti fissi con una velocità di rotazione pari a 35/90 mt/min e una velocità di salita e discesa del carrello che può essere regolata (insieme ad altri parametri), tramite un semplice ed intuitivo quadro comandi touch screen a colori.
MANOVRABILITA' E SICUREZZA
Per facilitare lo spostamento del robot fasciapallet da parte dell’operatore, sono stati installati sul timone due comandi che permettono di spostare elettricamente la macchina. Il robot fasciapallet è munito frontalmente anche di un bumper di sicurezza che permette l’arresto immediato della macchina, qualora dovesse urtare contro un operatore od un ostacolo.
CARATTERISTICHE GENERALI DEL ROBOT
Il robot fasciapallet può lavorare prodotti con dimensioni minime di L 600 x W 600 x H 1000 mm. La macchina è dotata di PLC Siemens e display touch screen a colori da 7,2 che permettono di regolare differenti parametri come la velocità di salita e discesa del carrello, ritardo lettura fotocellula, contacicli, taglio automatico del film, ciclo di rinforzo ad altezza preimpostata, ecc.
